To help improve your shopping experience Caps Bicycles Langley will now offer shipping within Canada.

  • At this time we will only offer shipping within Canada. Exclusions apply* Exclusions include but are not limited to Bicycles, Bike Trainer's and Car Racks.
  • We are currently offering free shipping on applicable orders over $200.
  • Due to the high volume of online orders and additional safety measures in place, it is taking a little longer to ship orders and process returns. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped

Shipping Over $200

We will offer free shipping on applicable orders over $200.

If your order is shipping within Canada and the total comes to $200.00 or more (before taxes),
free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping average a 3-12 day delivery depending on your location.








Shipping Bikes and large items.

Bikes, car racks and other large items are not eligible for free shipping at this time.

Free Shipping Details

The purchase of Gift Cards do not count towards our Free Shipping Offer. 

Canceling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.

Offer applies only to orders of $200 or more in merchandise, excluding and taxes. Promotional discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's Free Shipping eligibility.

This promotion applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.

This offer may change from time to time without notice depending on current shipping costs.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

IF AN ITEM ISN’T RIGHT FOR ME, WHAT DO I DO?
If something you bought isn’t exactly what you are looking for, simply send it back to us and we will exchange it for something that suits you better. Please note that we are only able to exchange new, un-worn items if tags are attached and all packaging is included. *The cost of return postage will be charged to the customer in these cases.

*If you didn't get the item that you ordered we will cover the cost of return postage.  

Exchange or refund's can be issued within 14 days of purchase. Caps Bicycles Langley reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not fit for re-sale.

All Helmets, Special Orders, Intimates, Sale Items and Liquids are final sale and no refunds, exchanges or refund's will be issued for these items.

Bikes are returned under our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM TO THE STORE THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE? 
Yes. You can exchange any item you order online at our retail store as to our store’s stated return policy. The original receipt will be required.

CAN I GET A REFUND ONLINE FOR AN ITEM PURCHASED IN-STORE?
No. Items purchased in store can only be returned in store.

IF I WISH TO MAKE A RETURN WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please send your merchandise back by a traceable method as Caps Bicycles will not accept responsibility for any merchandise that gets lost in the mail. Caps Bicycles will not assume shipping charges for any items returned, unless the reason for return is due to a Caps Bicycles error or merchandise is deemed to be defective or damaged.

WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT OR E-MAIL CONFIRMING MY RETURN?
After you request a return, you will receive a return request email telling you how to return the items that aren’t right for you. Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email together with a return receipt. Your credit will then be issued in our system where you can then choose something that suits you better.

  • Time: You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund.
  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.
  • Refund Contact Info: Contact us in-store, over the phone or by email for a refund. You can find store hours, address, email and phone number on our Contact Us.
  • Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
